Testing & Comissioning

 

• We also provide services for the testing and commissioning of high voltage equipment ( Gas
  Insulated Switchgear, Air Insulated Switchgear 150kV up to 500kV ) in accordance with
  International standards such us IEC, JIS and IEEE standards.
• We use MEGGER expertise from American brand as for electrical testing equipments
• We use WIKA expertise from Germany as for SF6 gas handling and testing equipment
• The testing that we do include but not limited to :

• 1. SF6 gas test (leakage test, moisture test, purity test, and test of decomposion)
  2. Main contact resistance test of bus bar
  3. Gas circuit breaker operation and timing tes
  4. Earthing switch, disconnecting switch operation and timing test.
  5. Auxiliary check.
  6. CT (current transformer) such us Ratio check, Polarity, Winding resistance,
     Insulation resistance and Magnetizing curve
  7. VT (voltage transformer) test
  8. LCC (Local Control Cubicle) check wiring scheme and troubleshooting.
  9. Wiring insulation resistance check.
  10. Signal and Alarm check.
  11. Mechanical and Electrical Interlock test.
  12. Dielectric with stand test of main circuit (high voltage).
  13. Partial discharge measurement (PDM).
  14. Reporting data.
